Prior to The Pines, England served as a sales representative at Golf Headquarters in Louisville, Ky., while also managing his own golf club making and fitting business.

England is a graduate of Lindsey Wilson where he was a student-athlete on the men's golf team for one season. The Albany, Ky., native also completed portions of his degree at the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville.

"For the past 18 years, my life has been dedicated to golf.  I entered college to learn the business skills necessary to run my own golf business. Many of the great experiences I've had and most of the influential people I have met came about because I played golf."

In January 2011, Cozart became Head Golf Coach of the Men's and Women's teams.  Both Blue Raider programs enter the Spring 2011 semester ranked Top 25 in the Pre-Season Coaches Poll.  As Assistant Director of Golf Operations, Shaun assists in all areas of the course's day to day activities.  

Shaun is a native of Smyrna, TN, where he was a 4-year member of the golf and baseball teams at LaVergne High School.  Shaun graduated from Union University in Jackson, TN.  He received his bachelors in Sports Management and Marketing.

Shaun played baseball for four seasons and earned All-Conference his senior year. Shaun will serve as the Assistant Director of Golf Operations at the Pines at Lindsey Wilson.  Prior to taking the position with Lindsey Wilson, Shaun got his start in the golf business assisting and teaching in the Nashville area.  He possesses a strong passion for golf and loves teaching and playing the game.
