The tenth hole at The Pines is almost a 90 degree dog-leg to the left that is guarded by massive pine trees on the left. You'll need some distance off the tee, with your drive being to the right side of the fairway.  The green is elevated and will require some extra distance to make the green in two.

Hole eleven at The Pines is a realatively easy par 3. Pick the right club and you should you find yourself with a good opportunity to birdie.  The bunker guarding the right of the green will not be a factor for most most players.

Hole twelve is fun hole for those that hit a long drive.   There is ample room to miss the fairway and still post a good score. The green is guarded on the front on both sides by sand traps.   Stay focused and you should walk away with confidence for the next hole.

The thirteenth hole can bring about the worst in golfers, who attempting to sneak a drive past the two trees immediatly in front of the tee box, watch in dismay as their ball takes a plunge in the well placed pond.  The safe play is to make a small pitch to the fairway on this side of the pond and then knock it on the green in two.

Hole fourteen is a challenging par 4 with a slight dog-leg to the right.  Keep your tee shot in the middle and away from the trouble of the tree line on the left.  A par here on the slightly elevated green is a good score.  

Hole 15 can be a challenge if you are struggling with your short game.  Keep your tee shot away from the tree and the large bunker on the left of the green.  Make the right swing and you'll be writing down a birdie.

Hole sixteen is the hardest hole on the course.  Your tee shot should be to the middle left. Too far to the left and you will be out of bounds and too far to the right and you risk loosing your ball in the trees and water.  This hole will test your driving accuracy.  

Hole seventeen is a fun hole requiring an accurate tee shot. The elevated green is reachable in two and should allow you to post a good score.  

The last hole on the back is a slight dog-leg to the left with the green being guarded on the left by a large tree.  A long drive down the middle right of the fairway and you've got a good shot at sneaking past the tree with your second shot. There is a bunker on the back right side of the green but it should not come into play unless you hit an errant approach.  Time to add up the score and look forward to next time and most likely some more refreshments from the club house or even a nice sit down meal at the Mulligan's restaurant.
